In Loving Memory
May 27, 1952 — June 12, 2022
Guy was a US Navy veteran, licensed social worker, and beloved member of the DeCoteau clinical team. After a distinguished military career and decades of service in child protection, mental health, and veteran care, Guy and his certified therapy dog, Cooper, joined DeCoteau in 2015.
He continued to provide services to combat veterans, their families, and individuals who have experienced trauma. He will be remembered for his dedication to his clients, his love of Cooper, his support of all service dogs, and his commitment to training social work students.
He is missed by colleagues and clients alike.

DeCoteau Trauma-Informed Care & Practice, PLLC (DTICP) is seeking a reliable, organized, and client-centered Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our Bismarck clinic location. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, efficient, and trauma-informed environment for clients and staff.
DTICP is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health practice serving diverse populations across North Dakota. We value compassion, professionalism, teamwork, and respect in all aspects of our work.
